Overview

Opened in 1999 and designed by Roland Favrat, Alenda was built with a deliberately light touch — the architect worked with the estate's natural terrain and vegetation rather than reshaping it, resulting in a wavy, uneven profile that's nonetheless easy and enjoyable to play across all handicaps. Set between the Sierra de las Águilas mountain range and the Mediterranean, the location gives it a notably pleasant microclimate. Holes and greens sit close together, so rounds move at a good pace.

Why Mirava chose it

Alenda is the easy, sociable round of the trip — playable for all skill levels, fast-moving, and close to Alicante, which makes it possible to slot into an arrival or a departure day for the ones traveling to Alicante/Elche Airport. It's also a good choice when the group wants an enjoyable morning of golf without the day feeling like a serious sporting test.
