Overview

Designed by Severiano Ballesteros and opened in 1995, Oliva Nova is a flat, walkable parkland course on Spain's Costa Blanca, built on land bordering a protected stretch of dune coastline. Wide, generous fairways make it approachable, but lakes and ditches guard the greens on 15 of the 18 holes — so it rewards accuracy as much as distance. It suits confident mid-to-high handicappers who enjoy a strategic challenge without punishing terrain.
